OBJECTIVE
My next step is to start a job in business and/or social services – either training and couching of young people and company adviser or in a care home for elderly/disadvantaged people.
The personal skills I rely upon to do my duties are: self motivation, understanding other people, interpersonal communications, active listening, organising community PR events, being open and fair, communicating as simple and clear as possible - in writing and verbally, spending with others as much time as nesessary to clear out any detailed subject and make myself absolutely sure the topics discussed are 100% understood, inspiring and organising community involvment in a viriety of PR initiatives, organised in a way that results bring satisfaction to all parties involved.
The objective I aim for is to initiate and take part in establishing a home/center for individuals’ development - professionally and in life.
